Oops — Bought Tokens You Didn’t Mean To?

No stress — we all change our minds sometimes! If you haven’t used the tokens yet, and your purchase was recent, we’ve got your back.

 

Here’s how refunds work around here:

Quick Refund Guidelines

We’re happy to refund your most recent token purchase, as long as:

  • You bought it within the last 30 days, and

  • None of the tokens have been spent yet.

 

Just a heads-up: we can only issue refunds for packages bought by PayPal, or directly with a credit card, not through a third-party rebiller.

How to Get Your Refund

It’s super easy — just message our VIP Concierge and let them know what’s up. We’ll take care of the rest and get you sorted fast.
